Doodle drawing plus a couple of pointers on combating negative thoughts~

Doodle Drawing for a commission.

These drawings weren’t picked, but they were my favorite. The top drawing is an Imp Female Demon, I liked their horns, especially the curly one.

The second one is a Naga. Had fun drawing her, used quite a bit of ink to color in her snake tail. The most difficult part was her fingers, I’m not good with hands. Ugh, I need to practice more.

If there are any subjects you would like to see drawn in my story post a comment. Or if you like to draw one yourself go ahead, I actually would like to see what others think up. \^O^/

~Little something more to better oneself~

For people who have difficulty with battling negative emotions, I still do myself, I suggest a few things.

  1. listen to positive music- music really can uplift your mood or dramatically bring it down, because we somehow click with the lyrics and the beat of the music. If your listening to hard core negative type of music, yea your going to feel angry, negative, and want to break something. The other is true vice versa, so pick your songs wisely.
  2.  listen to positive affirmations. Thinking I can,  I am doing something productive, I love myself etc repeatedly can help boost your morals. Sounds cliche, I know, but you will be able to tell the difference between a negative hurtful thoughts about yourself that drags your mood down to the floor. Depending on what you need to reassure yourself, it switches your mentality towards a brighter thought. You experience life in two ways: negatively or positively and it all in your head. how you deal with the situation makes that experience worth it. So choose: how would you like to live your life?
  3. If your stressed out there are more than one way to get rid of it. The one I learned is doing something that completely takes your mind off of it, by doing a physical activity. A thirty minute walk or an intense martial arts practice gets rid of your stress and it has been scientifically proven as well.
  4. There more but i’ll stop here for now.
